Cancelled Instant Ink. My billing cycle has ended so why can I still log in and why is my printing history on my account showing what I have printed today 09/07/2022 !! Billing cycle is still showing from now to next months. Received cancellation email stating it will be finalised on the 7th of July 2022.

( Update Edited ) Just received confirmation email confirming cancellation and account now shows not enrolled. Was told that the start up hp cartridges that came with my new printer and were still being used when I signed up for Instant Ink, ( and are still being used as they have not run out yet ) would stop working once cancelled, well they are still working !! No Instant ink cartridges have been used and are now being sent back. Now I would like to know how I can remove my details, shipping address and my credit card from Hp. This cannot be done from my cancelled account ,I have tried.
