Product: HP ENVY 5050 All-in-One Printer

I have cancelled my instant ink subscription I have had that confirmed. I have removed both instant inks and replaced with my own hp ink & I have done a hard reset but still the printer says I have to enrol. Also on my account it says incompatible cartridge I have to enrol with hp instant ink.
