A few months ago, I cancelled my HP instant ink  subscription via through my Paypal. I have extra ink that I have not used  due to incorrect ink was mailed to me and I purchased ink from Walmart. I went to print , kept getting contact HPinstantink.com.

I called  HP Support, I was advised I have to pay 31.00, for services I cancelled  months ago!  I advised I have been a faithful customer since 2020,  I had two issues where the wrong ink was shipped to me,  I just want to cancel my subscription, buy ink local and use my printer at my convenience. I attempt to use my purchase ink , the  message pops up again "contact HPinstantink.com.". I log on to find my account is SUSPEND, Not one of the  3 people  (2 CSR, 1 Supervisor) I spoke to advised I was suspend,  Awful and un professional to the MAX.  This is HORRIBLE customer services, My subscription started 7/18/2024 -Canceled 5/28/24, after  4 yrs of HP subscription, I paid  $647.52,  had 3 shipments of ink shipped, I canceled and they continue to bill me. ....

 

Here's the finale:  From 12/21/2020 to 03/23/2022 they emailed "Action Needed: Printer Connection Lost" . I never used until after 9/21/2022,  I order ink for the first time, I was shipped  the incorrect ink.  Then "Action Needed: Printer Connection Lost"  11/21/2022 until I cancel  5/21/2024.  I think that $31.00 should of been waived due to my entire account was not utilized.  

THAT SAY A LOT ABOUT THE COMPANY!!
