I cancelled my HP paper trial several days prior to the trial end, I didn't receive any confirmation email of cancellation.

A few days after I received an email saying I had an incoming paper delivery, as I'd already cancelled it I went into my account to see 'cancellation pending.'

This was 'pending' until the day after my trial ended, I then finally received a cancellation email with an end billing date of.. the next month!! IE an extra paid month.

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.
