I cancelled my subscription, purchased new cartridges and it still won’t let me print. What else do I need to do

Make sure you remove all of the instant ink cartridges. Cannot be used anymore.

 

The new cartridges must be genuine HP. Either original or refurbished/ refilled, as long as they have the HP chip in the cartridge
