I cancelled my subscription because I hardly use the printer now so I paid for 50 pages a month but only print 10 a month over time will my ink still deactivate on the next billing date also I have a unused ink cartridge along with the used one requested two envelopes to return them but I might not be here when there arrive is it compulsory to return them

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

HP Instant Ink is based on the pages you print, not cartridges or shipments you receive.

Once the instant ink service is cancelled, you will be able to print within the current billing cycle.

 

It is not mandate that you have to send the ink cartridges upon receiving the envelope.

You can send them if you wish to recycle it through HP.
