I would stay away from this InstaInk situation.  I cancelled my subscription once and they kept charging, then I cancelled again, and still charging my credit card.  I cannot get them to stop taking my money even though I have cancelled the subscription on their website.

@Overcharged2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Charges after Cancelling Instant Ink Subscription!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

When you cancel your HP Instant Ink subscription, charges may continue until the end of your final billing cycle. Here is how to address the issue if charges persist after cancellation:

Understand the Final Billing Cycle:

  • When you cancel, Instant Ink charges apply until the end of your billing cycle. You are billed for the service up until the cycle's end.
  • After the final billing cycle, you should not be charged again.

Verify Account Status:

  • Sign into your Instant Ink account to confirm that your cancellation has been processed correctly.
  • Check for any pending charges or notifications on your account status.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
