HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I Cancelled the instand in subscription because I ran out of in twice with out getting the in cartrages replinish. I cancelled the subscription and replaced all my instand ink cartrages with the HP genuine ink cartrates for and not the new cartrages are not recognized. contacted HP and rather then solving the problem they are not telling me the there may be damage to the printer, where it was printing fine before ranning out of ink and now it wont print and displays messate (Validating Please Wait..)

First they tell me that my printer might have not been online, which is not a case all my devices are connected to the network and I can see the printer and other deveices all the time.

Second, when the ink cartrage ran out (faliure for HP to detect the low ink level and replenish the ink cartrage. a message on the printer screen displayed (once ot your ink Cartrage is depleted (c) replace the depleted cartrage to avoind damage to the printer. HP telling me that my printer may have been damaed with out any diagnostics been done to it .

Third, HP did not take in consideratio that the monthly subscription I paid to have a peace of mind for not running, have failed to take any responsibility for their inability to replienish the in when need and if that may have caused damage to the printer as the message on the screen suggested, they bare no responsibility either..

When people cannot expect what to expect anymore from the vendors/providers, they stop parronizing.

I am very dissatisfied with HP and their lack of support in standing by their on product, this is now what I expected from the name brand product.

Hi @sraza110,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Apologies for the inconvenience

Have you canceled your account already?

If yes, here's what you need to know & do:

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

when done successfully, check if it works fine.

If you need further assistance and the instant ink is not canceled yet, I would need a few details to look into it.

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,

Please mark this post as Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
