I am not using your cartridges but I have been billed twice. I want to cancel my service but you want to bill me again. I have not and will not use your cartridges.
Please terminate my account as of 10/30/20020.
Please credit my account for (2) payments of $2.99.
As I have not used your ink cartridges Please cancel my account with no outstanding balance.
If you email /[Personal Information Removed] with return postage I will return your cartridges in un-open condition.

If you do not wish to be enrolled in Instant Ink, you can cancel enrollment in HP Instant Ink at any time without penalty.
