I bought the printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer series second hand, it was printing fine till last week but now didn't print and I get the below message 

Cannot Print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information

 

I'm pretty sure that the original owner was enrolled in the Instant Ink program and failed to cancel the service properly.  Is it possible to cancel his instant ink enrollment ? Can you pleas advise, below the printer details

Product Number - J6X78A

Do you have the regular ink cartridges or HP Instant Ink cartridges installed in the printer?

 

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
