HI I have lots of colour printing to do of the work my daughters have been doing since lock down.  I have signed up to instant ink and installed the colour cartridges .  it is allighed and when the test page ran it printed the colour.  However when I print anything from my computer it prints in black only.  I am paying for the instant ink since the installation of the colour cartridge but not getting the deliver.  I have removed the printer - reinstalled the printer.  I have run r /s .. I have run the SMART app.  This is the third time this has occured since owning the printer for about a year ... but this time I cannot get the colour back on line.

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.
