Once I follow the link given by the virtual agent and sign into my account. There is no menu with the option of Print and Payment History.
The same link is given over and over again but I am still looking for the HP Smart or Print History option.
I have ink I just need to Update My Payment but there's definitely no option to do that or to speak to a real person.
The virtual agent just gives the same link over and over agin. It's frustrating.
I have even tried to sign up again and that just refers me back to my account and the same home screen with no option to do anything apart from sign up again.
I'm going round in circles.
HOW THE HELL DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT?
I have lots of ink and my printer is already connected. I JUST NEED TO UPDATE MY PAYMENT!!

I don't know - never having had an Instant Ink account, I cannot tell you why the information would be missing.
