An  endless of cycle of being told it is as simple as 1-2-3 and yet in 5 hours over two days I am unable to get Instant Ink setup. My computer is a Microsoft Surface and it is hard wired to the Printer. On my iPhone I have the App installed and it recognizes my device but cannot seem to complete setup (and I switched to the Guest WiFi so both are on the same and communicating). It keeps giving me an error OW_4XX_OWSWS0001 which then directs me to my computer. I have downloaded the Smart App from Microsoft App Store but it wants me to use my iPhone which can never resolve the final setup set. Sigh...help, I've fallen down a time loop and cannot get out!!!
