Hello,
I am unable to print from my HP ENVY 4523 printer as there seems to be an issue with my account (separate from this one). However, I do not know my password for said account and I cannot reset my password as the e-mail I used to create the account has been closed. Is there any way to reset my password from another source, or to unlink the printer from the account and to cease billing for Instant Ink?
