Cannot print because of a cartridge error, I’m using HP Instant ink and envy photo 6200

I’m a member of Instant Ink but have not been able to print because of a cartridge error. I’ve cleaned and reinstalled the black cartridge several times but the error remains. Instant ink can’t communicate properly with my printer because of the error. My printer drivers and firmware are up to date. How do I order a replacement cartridge?

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
