Cannot print

HP Recommended
HPENVY Photo 7855 all in one
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I get the following message on my HPENVY Photo 7855 printer. "Cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information"..

This did not help me at all.  Please advise.

@justmejan A Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink message displays. To resume printing, read the instructions in the section that corresponds to your printer's enrollment status.

 

Click here and select any one of the below options to follow relevant steps to resolve the issue:

  • My printer is not enrolled in Instant Ink
  • My printer is enrolled in Instant Ink
