I get a message
The intended cartridges are not intended for use in this printer, was working fine then stopped. No power cut etc to my knowledge.
Followed all the posted recommendations, Reset, clean cartridge etc..
My Home page recognises I have an error and wont send out cartridges until solved, but forums suggest I need a new cartridge.
How do I get a replacement ?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
