I cannot remove my credit card from my account.  There are no options to do that from the website; there are only options to add another card.  HP keeps charging me extra charges, such as cancellation charges in the amount of $139.  How do I remove my credit card?

yes you are right there is no optin to removethe card, you can change or add new details, However I've sent you a private message with the instructions. In order to access your private messages, Click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link
