HP DeskJet 3760 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My new printer worked for a few days and now the E3 and E4 error messages alternate. I have cleaned and there is no paper jams and cartridges came with the printer and i have instant ink cartridges on the way. How do I reset the 3720 to stop the error messages appearing?

@Dags1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

E4 means a paper jam and E3 means carriage jam.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in these documents - 'E4' Error (Paper Jam) and Carriage jam or E3 error

Reinstall the inks.
