Solved!

Cannot sign into my Instant Ink Account. I have had the cartridges installed for at least a month

HP Officejet Pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had Instant Ink cartridges installed for about a month. They work well. I have not been billed, but more importantly cannot sign onto my Instant Ink Account page. I just installed a printer software update. The printer is listed on my HP account along with my computer, HP Officejet 6978

Try these steps - HP Instant Ink - Account Sign In Errors
 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
