I recently bought a printer and I am trying to claim the 3 month free trail but it is not working. There is no code that I can find to put in.

Have you enrolled in the instant ink program using HP+ Services?
Kindly share the screenshot of the 3 months of free trial you have got and where and how are you trying to claim the code.
If you have already enrolled, I would need a few details to help you further.
