Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have HP deskjet 2622

im trying to start ink program and it’s asking for a code claim number. I print the page it told me to and all I get is an email.....tried to enter the 12 characters before the @hpeprint.com and that wasn’t the code any one know how to get the code?
