I recently bought a new printer (HP Deskjet 2632) and enrolled in InstantInk.

 

I did have access to the plan type, number of pages printed etc etc.

 

Ive since logged out of the account and now logged back in using the account i thought id registered with.

But the printer is not there in the acccount, its asking me to enroll a printer.

 

If i then go to enroll my printer it tells me thats it already enrolled in Instant Ink.

 

Is there a way i can find out what account/email address the printer is registered to/with?

 

Ive received replacement cartridges so know everythings working fine, i just cannot access the account/plan type etc.

Im thinking i may have used a different email address to register with, but only one of my emails seems to have a HP account registered against it.
