So I have been having multiple issues with my printer lately. So I decided to hard reset the printer and now I have run into a new problem. When I get to the screen to input my cartridges, I input the ones that I have from the Instant Ink Program. It then says that I need to insert the SETUP cartridges that came with the computer. I then found a way to bypass this by going through the support settings, and now the screen says that the cartridge cannot be used until the printer is enrolled. I am enrolled into the instant ink program but I cannot connect my printer to the internet to connect to the account because it is still in setup mode. Please please please help. I'm over it.

To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
