Ordered a print from HP which broke within one year of owning - They send another and within a year this one is also broken and wont allow me to update it

 

Can never actually get anyone on the phone as never answer - Instant ink cartridges wont allow me to print a new print code so I can reconnect it to the Instant Ink account

 

Can anyone actually sort?
