Cartidge Error message

Hi,

 

I recently installed a new tri-colour instant ink cartridge that keeps giving an error message. If I follow the on screen instruction to reinstall, it works for one print job, before returning to error. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions from the virtual agent (rebooting the printer, cleaning contacts etc) to no avail. I have tried to connect to a an actual real life agent, but whatever time I seem to try to connect I get told that, "The Customer Support Centre is closed."

How do I get in touch with an actual person to resolve the situation?!
