Cartige Error

Good evening. I have a problem with the black cartridge with the ink service. While I was printing came out a message where it tell me that there is a problem with the cartridge and I can not print. The instant ink service tells me that it is not possible to detect the cartridge and it is not possible to send a new one. I urgently needed to print and solve the problem.I tried to perform the steps as an unidentified in technical support, but it didn't help. I tried to reset the printer but it didn't help. I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
