Cartridge Error Message HP Instant Ink

Hello! I’m installed a new cartridge I received from HP instant ink shipment and now I’m getting this error message, even after removing it. I’m enrolled in the instant ink program. I turned the printer on and off and it will not toggle from this error message at all. When I go to my Mac it says my printer is not connected to the wifi, but it is. There’s no option to get out of this error screen. Help, please, I need to print ASAP!
