Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink leve

Hi there,

So I have just subscribed to the HP instant ink service, and I checked my account to look at if the cartridges were being dispatched and my black ink cartridge says it is on the way. But the colour ink cartridge says: Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink level. I currently do not have any colour ink cartridges installed on my printer because I am a uni student and only used the printer to print in black and white (as I never needed colour for years), and I was wondering whether because this is my first subscription that I would automatically get both black and colour ink cartridges (and the shipment is for future shipments and when I install the new cartridge then this will be fixed) or if this is not the case, then if I have to give customer support a call and explain my situation to them/have to buy a colour cartridge before I can get the HP instant ink colour cartridges?
