Cartridge Error on INSTANT INK Web page for HP Office Jet 8610 Pro 951XL ink

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just signed up for INSTANT INK  for my HP OFFICE JET Pro 8610 e-all-in-one printer.   3 inks show as LOW, one is EMPTY.  The INSTANT Ink subscription page indicates that INSTANT INKS will be mailed out for 3 Inks (Black, Yellow, Magenta)...BUT, CYAN shows CARTRIDGE ERROR on INSTANT INK web page and NO ink will be mailed out.    On the Printer display, it only shows the message that ALL INKS DEPLETED.    How do I get my INSTANT INK mailed to me for the CYAN ink that hast eh CARTRIDGE ERROR message?

I already got this resolved with ONLINE CHAT.   The CARTRIDGE ERROR message was not on my printer; it was on the HP INSTANT INK web page on my account -- INK SUBSCRIPTION.   Verified that even though the CARTRIDGE ERROR message was there that all of my initial order of ink was being shipped.  ALL SET.  Thanks.
