Hi, 

I just received a "cartridge error" notification on my Deskjet 3755. The screen is showing the ink has been depleted but I installed a new black cartridge around a month ago, so it shouldn't be out already. To resolve the issue, I've tried, restarting my printer, removing and reinserting the cartridges, cleaning the cartridges, and, per another community post, updating the firmware. When I updated the firmware, I received additional error messages saying that I had "incompatible cartridges" and "counterfeit cartridges". Both of my cartridges are HP instant ink received straight from HP so neither of these should be issues. What are my next steps?
