I'm currently having troubles with cartridge detection. It shows the following message:
Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels.
I have tried unplugging my printer, cleaning my cartridges, and updating my printer, yet it still does not show the ink levels. I saw another forum post that had the same problem but the moderator messaged the person: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Connected-Mobile-Printing-and-Cloud-Printing/We-can-t-determine-you...
Other than that I have no clue.
