Printer says to remove and reinstall one of my cartridges. I have done this numerous times and message still comes up - I've downloaded all new updates, and message still comes up. I've followed online instructions for cleaning cartridges, and message still comes up.
I can sometimes print with single cartridge, but not ideal as online account says I can't order any more ink until this cartridge issue is resolved.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do - tempted to chuck it out and go to another manufacturer without these hassles.
