Cartridge Error

Hello,

 

I am using HP ENVY Photo 6200 with instant ink subscription. Due to an error

 

"Angegebene Patrone entfernen und erneut einsetzen. Auf korrekten Sitz achten.  Wird die Meldung weiterhin angezeigt, die angegebene Patrone wechseln" (black cartridge)

 

I cannot print anymore. I already tried to remove it and insert it again, but that does not help. While there is an error, instant ink says I cannot get a new cartridge, so I cannot replace it.

 

Firmware is up to date.

 

What else can I do?
