I have a printing plan including instant ink supply for my HP ENVY 6220 All-In-One Printer.
I have an ongoing error on the black cartridge of the printer.
I have completed all of the suggested fixes offered to correct the problem, but it doesn't work. My cartridge is still not detected.
This has left with one other solution, replace the black cartridge, but I cannot because I haven’t been supplied with a replacement, and one will not be sent because of the error on the cartridge...
How can I resolve this ? Thanks a lot.
