Cartridge Error

the error below appears on my printer's screen. 

"Cartridge Problem
Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.
If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge."

I enrolled HP Instant Ink. Demo cartridges worked fine. After I replaced with new cartridges that HP sent, I replaced only colour cartridge and still was working fine. After my black cartridge finished and replaced with new black cartridge, this message started to appear. I thought that, it was about black cartridge and I requested new black cartridge. I replaced with new black cartridge but this problem is still continues. What can I do?

I've got the exact same problem.

Error first appeared with an already installed black cartridge.

Requested a new cartridge from HP, waited a few weeks, nothing arrived so cancelled instant ink and ordered an HP 303XL black cartidge from Amazon. Same error with both cartridges so seems either a printer hardware issue, a firmware issue or planned obsolesence by HP. I won't be buying another HP as the printer is only just a year old and has had an easy life. What a waste of resources to have to throw it away.
