Hi, any advice on HP Instant Ink cartridges? Anytime one prints you get a cartridge error. You always have to reboot the printer in order to print the next document. You can reboot multiple times a day. BY THE WAY, it is only the color cartridge I have this problem. HP customer support or assistant has not been helpful. You cant even get them online to diagnose the problem or to replace color cartridge. Help....

What printer model? What exactly is the error message?
The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
