I've done everything I can to try to rid the error message I keep receiving. I’ve cleaned the black cartridge, tried the chat line which is unavailable, turned printer off/on. HP Instant Ink message says they can’t send a new cartridge till the “fault” is fixed, but I've tried literally everything. I'm a 2nd grade teacher trying to get all my projects printed and done before going back. Help please!

While you respond to that, try to update the printer firmware and share a screenshot of the error message.
