Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just got my instant ink cartridges and installed them. However, in the setup process, an error message that there was a cartridge jam continuously appeared. I followed all the steps outlined on how to clear/remedy jams but the issue still prevailed. When I manually move the cartridges, they do so smoothly.
The issue only stops when I remove one of the cartridges. The printer can then print, but a new issue emerges where my computer can't print to the printer because there's only one cartridge installed.
note: My cartridges before (61) were smaller than the new cartridges which are 61/301. Not sure whether that is the reason.
