Solved!

Cartridge Problem (Black)

HP Envy Photo 6230

Printer was working fine for 3 pages. Tried to print the same 3 pages again and get an error message:

 

Cartridge Problem

Remove and replace the indicatedn cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.

 

I have done that, and just keep getting this same message. I urgently need to print and have no spare cartridges!

Dear Asmita,

I have the same problem, I spent 4 hours trying to solve the problem. Please I need to print right now, let me have solution or a new black cartridge.
