As of yesterday, I have been getting the error message 'Remove and replace the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed'. After having spent a very long time reading the Help & Support sections and trying the remedies, nothing has worked. I can still print however by using the colour cartridge only, after having taken out the Black one. I am using genuine HP Instant ink cartridges, and maybe a kindly and understanding HP member of staff can arrange to have me sent a new Black one asap !.
