Product: HP ENVY PHOTO 6234
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have the HP ENVY PHOTO 6234 . I am part of the instant  ink sent by mail. The replacement tricolour cartridge gives me the following error. "Cartridge problem. Remove and reinstall the cartridge"

It works fine when i put the old cartridge back in.
