HP Envy Photo 7155
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy Photo 7155 printer has Cartridge Problem alert.  I have replaced the black ink as requested, but the alert will not go away and printer will not allow me to print.  I have already done the troubleshooting with no success.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

Hi @TLC12 ,

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.

As I understand your post, you've replaced the ink cartridge but you still got the message that the cartridge is empty. Is that correct?

If so, please try these steps:

1. Turn on the printer and wait until it stops making noise
2. Remove both cartridges and close the access door.
3. Now, with the printer on, unplug the power plug from the back of the printer and wait 60 seconds.
4. now plug in the power cable and put the cartridges back in.

What is the result?

Cheers!

Nils
