I've got the issue, at the beginning my printer did the job, and suddenly started printing slowly, reaaaallly slowly, and after that i had the message with cartridge error. I've done everything, cleaning the contacts from printer and from the cartridge, but no luck. I've replace the instant ink cartridge with a standard one, and it's running properly. If it won't be sorted, i'm cancelling my contract. Won't pay for something that i don't use. My printer is a HP Envy 5540.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
