Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I enrolled HP Instant Ink. Demo cartridges worked fine. After I replaced with new cartridges that HP sent, I replaced only colour cartridge as it was finished, this message started to appear. I tried few times , tried switching off and on but nothing seems to be working. When I place back the finished color demo cartridge, the printer works fine and i can print using demo black cartridges.  Please help how to solve the issue with Instank ink cartridge or please send new ones as the ones you sent seem to be faulty.

I understand the color ink cartridge is not working. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the error persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
