I've a cartridge problem on my 7130 with the black ink. It says to remove and reinstall but nothing is working. I've followed the steps on the website to clean the cartridges but again it hasn't worked, i don't think I've even used a quarter of the ink in the cartridge.
I understand, as mentioned in my first post, this seems like an issue with the Black ink cartridge. Kindly contact HP Support team for service options.
