Hi

 

I recieved my new HP printer today but it is displaying a cartridge problem (black ink). I have tried all the suggested solutions but nothing has changed! 

 

I can't find a contact number and presume that with the current Covid 19 pandemic there will be limited help?

Just take the black ink out and run it with the tri-colour only

 

Contact HP asap for replacements
