I have purchased new ink cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro N911 printer, I have replaced color cartridges, but when I replace the black cartridge I get an error message: One or more cartridges appear to be damaged K remove and replace with new cartridge. I have replaced the K (black ink cartidge) and I still get this same Cartridge Problem error message.
