Yesterday, I received an indication on my OfficeJet Pro 8715 to remove and reinstall the yellow cartridge. I did so several times but the indication did not clear. I then removed and installed a new yellow cartridge from my Instant Ink supply. The problem was still present. I tried to contact a live person at HP Support but was unsuccessful. I then tried the HP Virtual assistant but it kept giving me the run-around going back to the cartridge removal installation sequence. I am ready to take this defective printer to a range to see how many rounds it would take to "fix" this printer.
