Getting an issue with my Black cartridge. Printer is displaying the Cartridge Problem message. Have removed and reinstalled to try and clear but get nothing.
My InstantInk account won't send me a new one because it can't see the black cartridge. I have tried the chat but cannot get through to anyone. Just get the message that the UK centre is closed. Also tried WhatsApp but no response from anyone.
Can someone help me out getting a replacement cartridge please? I'm not sure what I'm paying a monthly subscription for if I can't use the product, or contact anyone when it goes wrong.
